Pill dispenser device

About the project

An electronic pill dispenser prototype controlled by a Raspberry Pi, connected to a breadboard with a button. The dispenser uses a stepper motor to control a circular chamber that holds pills or other small items, rotating to the next time slot when needed. An indicator light signals when the dispenser is ready, simply pull out the cup and the pills drop in. My contributions focused largely on the physical aspects of the product, including 3D printing, designing the cup mechanism, sanding components (a lot of sanding..), and some administrative coordination to keep the team on track. This Web of Things project was a great introduction to the full process from concept to delivering a physical product intended for real users.
